The Wilkinson, Goeller, Modesitt, Wilkinson & Drummy law firm evolved from the 70-year legal practice of George O. Dix, who founded the firm in 1898. The firm's practice has long focused on litigation, corporate, real estate, and tax matters. As the largest firm in west central Indiana, the firm continues its general practice with specialty work in mass tort/environmental and insurance defense litigation, real estate and title insurance, health and hospital law, creditor's rights, small business, commercial and probate law and extensive work in civil litigation in both state and federal courts.
