William (Will) S. Frankel, IV is licensed to practice in both Indiana and Illinois. Certified in Trial Advocacy Skills by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, his practice focuses on litigation and trials (including the defense of personal injury and medical malpractice claims), family law, criminal law, and appeals (both civil and criminal), but he also enjoys other areas of general practice, including representing fire departments and other governmental entities.

Will joined the law firm in 2004 following graduation, cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law-
Indianapolis and is now a partner in the firm. At the IU School of Law, he was recognized for his abilities as a courtroom advocate and scholar, having been named to the Order of the Barristers and the Dean’s Tutorial Society and excelling in trial advocacy. He earned a B.S. degree, summa cum laude, from Indiana State University in 2001, where his studies focused on business and economics.

As a volunteer firefighter of more than 15 years with the Honey Creek Fire Department (where his wife is a career Fire Chief), as well as a past secretary of the Vigo County Fire Investigation and Safety Task Force and legal counsel to TaskForce7 of the Indiana Department of Homeland Security, he is proud to serve the community where he lives with his wife and son. Will is a member of the American, Indiana, Illinois, Terre Haute and Indianapolis Bar Associations.  Will was selected by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys in 2015 as one of the “10 Best”Attorneys for Indiana​ based on client satisfaction.
